About the Role
The Red Bull Student Marketeer program offers one of the most dynamic roles globally, acting as brand and product ambassadors. Student Marketeers understand Red Bull's target audience and effectively spread brand image and product knowledge on campus and in their assigned areas. This specific position focuses on sampling, engaging directly with consumers and customers in the field, and proposing drinking occasions to increase Red Bull's recognition and product sales.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand and product ambassador, embodying company values and brand personality through daily consumer interactions.
- Increase Red Bull's recognition and future consumption by sampling products at appropriate times and locations.
- Build strong relationships with key individuals in the assigned area.
- Promote brand connection on social media through unique Red Bull content.
- Support memorable brand experiences for consumers at Red Bull and sponsored events.
- Build relationships with store staff to ensure Red Bull's visibility and availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand points of sale.
- Maximize Red Bull's in-store presence considering brand synergy.
- Perfectly execute defined store standards to drive Red Bull sales.
- Execute all assigned tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular in-person and online meetings.
- Submit accurate activity plans and reports via a dedicated online platform.
- Contribute to the development of Red Bull's media business by providing insights and ideas based on assigned tasks and observed trends.
Requirements
- Possess strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
- Exhibit an energetic, positive, and curious personality.
- Have extensive knowledge of cities and regions.
- Be passionate about acquiring new skills in marketing and sales.
