About the Role
At a&bé, we provide a bridal shopping experience brought to you by lovers of fashion and people. Our stylists are passionate about crafting unique customer experiences through authentic connection and exceptional service, fostering safe and fun environments for brides to be themselves and celebrate their love.
Responsibilities
- Work one on one with brides to help them discover their wedding day style and say hell yes to the dress
- Build relationships with your brides through follow up from their first appointment to the wedding day
- Meet individual sales goals and a team selling mentality
- Man the phones, email inbox, and Instagram DM’s to ensure brides have all the information they need
- Receive shipments of brides’ dresses and inventory, ensuring they are in tip-top shape
- Style the store, yourself, and your team in dresses and create original content for social media
- Follow up on orders, customization questions, and rush options for your brides
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and office
Requirements
- Energetic, people person with a positive outlook and ability to spark up conversations
- Flexible and adaptable, able to create solutions and make everyone feel welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, anticipating needs
- Customer Service, Retail, or Sales Experience
- Ability to connect with people and deliver an above and beyond customer experience
- Willingness to work hard and hype up team members
- Integrity and awesome multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter
- An eye for design and ability to provide style guidance and inspiration
- Team-oriented outlook and commitment to supporting the team
- Weekend availability, including Saturdays
- Select locations require Sunday availability
