- Manage creator agency relationships for cross-functional support on key initiatives, including always-on and campaign programs.
- Determine whether to build influencer capabilities in-house or utilize agencies based on campaign type.
- Establish repeatable processes for influencer intake, talent vetting, rate benchmarking, brief templates, and measurement standards for both organic and paid work.
- Collaborate with Business Affairs and Legal on contracts, usage rights, exclusivity, and disclosure compliance.
- Partner with the Social team on quick-turn projects supporting evergreen content and business priorities, including collaboration posts and content for Lyft's owned channels.

- Experience managing an agency and scaling its support across multiple internal teams.
- Proficiency in understanding influencer creative performance on organic feeds and as ad units, and their respective measurement methodologies.
- Ability to operate autonomously in an undefined space, building a new function while managing campaigns.
