About the Role
MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Day Shift position. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional one-on-one care, build relationships with patients and families, and make a meaningful difference in a supportive environment that prioritizes clinical autonomy over patient loads and staffing shortages.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized plan of care
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
- Educate and support patients and family caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, supervisors, and care team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Advocate for the health, safety, and well-being of every patient
Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Home health or pediatric experience preferred but not required
- New graduates encouraged to apply in select markets
