About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager for this Platinum store, you will support your Store Manager in running the floor, assist in management and coaching of the 3IC and retail sales team and help keep the store operationally on point. You'll be one of your team's strongest sellers and enjoy the fast pace that comes with working in an outlet store.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the floor, reaching sales targets
- Coach and support the team's performance, day to day
- Help keep visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards 'on point'
- Step up and run the store in your Store Manager's absence
- Build genuine relationships that keep bringing our customers back.
Requirements
- Operationally savvy
- Retail sales experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear
- Strong commercial instincts
- Proven retail sales results
- The ability to coach and lift the team around you
- Confidence with VM, stock processes and operationally savvy
- A genuine connection to the Lorna Jane brand and what we stand for
