Responsibilities
- Apply analytical skills and market knowledge to create insights that help shape clients' investment and risk management thinking.
- Use proprietary platform to model client circumstances, run scenario analyses, and conduct stress tests.
- Develop and refine financial models to evaluate complex insurance transactions and captive structures.
- Support the design of tailored risk solutions by modeling financials, claims data, and investment scenarios.
- Prepare materials for client meetings, conduct research, and provide analytics to grow client relationships.
- Assist in structuring and arranging reinsurance and fronting arrangements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the insurance and reinsurance industry, capital markets, and global financial markets.
- Maintain a comprehensive market view to educate colleagues and prepare for client presentations.
- Model client and market circumstances using proprietary analytics tools, keeping the domain updated with market intelligence.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record.
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably at a bank, consultancy, asset manager, or technology firm.
- Proven ability to manipulate and represent complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to help deliver clear, concise presentations.
