About the Role
Mollie Stone’s Markets is seeking a part-time Coffee Shift Lead for its Grand Central location in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented and adaptable to daily task variations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quality beverages and food products according to recipe and presentation standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by consistently meeting customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous coffee experience is required.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Ability to direct the work of others.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Effective oral communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to walk up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to reach up to 4 hours per day.
