About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Engineer (Marketing) to develop AI-powered marketing and growth systems. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI agents and automation to enhance customer acquisition and engagement, working at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for demand generation, outbound prospecting, campaign execution, and marketing operations.
- Integrate AI systems with platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and optimize intelligent agents for tasks such as account research, prospect identification, personalized outreach, campaign creation, and performance analysis.
- Develop automated prospecting workflows in partnership with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting and increase qualified pipeline.
- Create systems to launch, monitor, test, and optimize marketing campaigns with human review and approval.
- Build workflows that leverage product updates, customer insights, and CRM data to inform marketing activities and improve personalization.
- Evaluate new models, agent frameworks, orchestration tools, and automation platforms to enhance the growth engine.
- Build monitoring, reporting, and feedback loops to assess the effectiveness, reliability, and business impact of automated systems.
- Implement safeguards, testing, monitoring, and approval processes to ensure automated workflows are accurate, secure, and aligned with the brand.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to identify opportunities for automation and new growth capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing technology, automation engineering, or a related technical role.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, automated workflows, or LLM-based applications.
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI workflow development.
- Experience with automation tools and AI development platforms.
- Ability to design, build, debug, and maintain reliable automated systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Comfort working independently, rapidly prototyping ideas, and iterating based on performance data.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
