The position requires coordination across multiple departments to ensure timely and ready equipment for printing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the master fleet deployment calendar, tracking printer location, status, readiness, and assignments.
  • Build and execute deployment Gantt charts for assigned projects, defining steps, ownership, and sequencing.
  • Run planning meetings to identify issues, track status, and maintain a rolling two-week look-ahead.
  • Support pre-deployment coordination from initial scoping through on-time mobilization.
  • Provide equipment forecasting input based on evolving project pipelines.
  • Conduct site assessments for site constraints, receiving areas, and storage requirements.
  • Execute deployment-scale logistics for fleet moves, including specialized equipment and large inventories.
  • Maintain and improve ICON Deployment Processes and associated software tools.
  • Analyze printer data and performance KPIs to identify improvements after downtime.
  • Support logistics process improvements with necessary data to enhance fleet productivity.
  • Oversee HQ staging and verification of printer Bills of Materials (BOMs), including packout kits and equipment.
  • Drive completion of the Pre-Mobilization Checklist for each printer before equipment leaves for a site.
  • Plan and schedule outbound truckloads based on printer readiness dates.
  • Confirm Preventative Maintenance, walkthroughs, and final sign-off are complete before deployment.
  • Track and publish mobilization status and outbound shipment schedules to stakeholders.
  • Account for all printers, spare units, and associated equipment.
  • Sequence printer delivery to avoid blocking downstream trades.
  • Manage the demobilization process, including cleaning, maintenance, breakdown, and staging for shipment.
  • Lead and develop the fleet operations team, including onboarding and cross-training.
  • Partner with Print Operations leadership and HR on headcount needs and recruiting.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and field-ready execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field logistics, heavy equipment mobilization, construction operations, or fleet management in multi-site operating environments.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience coordinating multi-truck, multi-site logistics involving oversized or specialized equipment.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite) and construction project management platforms (e.g., Procore).
  • Experience creating and managing BOMs, packout checklists, and mobilization tracking documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across field, HQ, supply chain, and engineering teams.
