About the Role
Part-Time Sales Associate for Nespresso, representing a prestigious luxury brand. This role involves engaging customers, providing product demonstrations, and driving sales within a retail kiosk environment.
Responsibilities
- Create an inviting and interactive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert knowledge on luxury products and offer tailored recommendations.
- Accurately record and submit daily sales reports.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk, including managing inventory.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission-based or goal-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
- Self-driven and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
- Access to a smartphone with internet capability.
- Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
