About the Role
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across various business functions. It offers an opportunity to influence the organization's reporting and analytics strategy and modernize the existing Power BI environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI solutions, semantic models, and reporting architectures.
- Provide expertise in DAX development, model performance tuning, security design, and gateway-based reporting solutions.
- Implement and support enterprise standards for Power BI, semantic modeling, report development, and deployment.
- Review and guide reporting solutions developed by internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure effective implementation of Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and reporting controls.
- Design and maintain enterprise semantic models supporting Finance, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain reporting.
- Establish common KPIs, business definitions, dimensions, and reporting standards across multiple ERP environments.
- Support the transition from business-unit-focused reporting to enterprise reporting solutions while supporting business-unit-specific reporting needs and enhancements.
- Translate business processes and reporting requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and priorities.
- Facilitate discussions around KPI definitions, reporting standards, and solution design.
- Collaborate with Architects, Data Engineers, Report Developers, and business teams to deliver enterprise reporting solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on reporting and analytics initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data architecture.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise reporting solutions across ERP-based environments.
- Experience working with multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- US Citizenship is required for this position due to government contract requirements.
- Experience supporting reporting and analytics across one or more of the following areas: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain.
