About the Role

Twist N Flip is looking for enthusiastic, energetic Kids' Classes Instructors to help children develop coordination, confidence, creativity, and a love of movement in a fun, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead fun, age-appropriate dance classes for children.
Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Follow lesson plans while bringing your own personality, energy, and creativity to class.
Demonstrate skills, encourage progress, and help children build confidence.
Manage class flow and maintain safety.
Communicate positively and professionally with parents and team members.
Assist with camps, birthday parties, and special events as needed.

Requirements

Experience teaching dance or a background in dance, cheer, gymnastics, or a related movement activity.
A genuine love of working with children.
An energetic, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Good communication, reliability, and classroom management skills.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
