About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is highly nimble and capable of solving a wide range of problems across the entire product stack. You will be responsible for understanding problems, defining solutions, shipping products, iterating, and moving on to the next challenge. Example problems include building a perpetual futures product for sports traders, developing a "pro" trading mode, creating industry-first trading tools, and designing new rewards and incentives to drive business growth.

- Build a “pro” trading mode for our best customers.
- Build industry-first tools that help traders make better decisions.
- Build new types of rewards and incentives for traders.
- Develop new ideas to drive trading volume and grow the business.
Requirements
- 2–6 years’ experience in Product Management.
- A love of numbers – you think in probabilities and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience delivering amazing products to end customers.
- An entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset.
- Comfort with basic trading concepts and familiar with top platforms like Kalshi, Polymarket, Robinhood, Coinbase and Hyperliquid.
