- Lead lease audits and compliance reviews, track critical dates and tenant deliverables, and recommend corrective or enforcement actions where required.
- Identify and resolve property condition, maintenance, safety, operational, and tenant compliance issues by coordinating inspections, remediation plans, and follow-up activities.
- Administer default notices, cure periods, and remediation and enforcement activities in partnership with Legal, while maintaining productive tenant relationships.
- Develop and monitor property operating expense budgets and forecasts, validate cost allocations and recoverable expenses, and recommend operating cost recovery rates.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant service requests, preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, contracted services, and operational handovers.
- Conduct inspections and review facility condition assessments, lifecycle plans, maintenance records, and technical reports to evaluate tenant performance and protect GTAA assets.
- Provide commercial and operational oversight of tenant-led construction, renovation, and improvement projects, including internal reviews, approvals, schedules, close-out requirements, and deficiency remediation.
- Build effective relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders while leading, coaching, and developing your direct report and continuously improving compliance tracking, reporting, and operational processes.
