About the Role
The Senior Technician in the TQR team will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and verifying data from various reliability tools to ensure the quality and reliability of Samsung Austin Semiconductor products. This position will oversee tool preventive maintenance and minor repair activities within the TQR Lab.
Responsibilities
- Operate wafer-level DC test tools and package-level electromigration test tools for reliability evaluations.
- Develop PM procedures and arrange PM/Repairs with Vendors.
- Perform duties outside a clean room environment, with occasional clean room access for wafer handling.
- Manually move 300mm FOSBs containing 25 wafers.
- Run evaluations using proprietary software.
- Summarize data using Excel/PowerPoint.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and accountability for errors.
Requirements
- Associate degree or related technical certification.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
