About the Role
Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to manage client partnerships and drive new business in the New York territory. This role involves selling Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review services to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers.
Responsibilities
- Run 2-3 client meetings per week, with half in person and half virtual.
- Grow and retain an existing book of business.
- Build pipeline through daily outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Develop tailored proposals and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Represent Ethos at industry conferences and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in medical management (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
- Previous experience in investigative services preferred.
- CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require future employment sponsorship.

- $60,000–$90,000 base salary
- Guaranteed commissions for the first 12 months
