About the Role
Create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and guiding them through product options. Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Must be able to be in the office 5 days per week.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Must be able to repay bonus if voluntarily terminating employment within 12 months.
Skills

Salary/Compensations
- $21.7125 - $25.6125 per hour
- $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met
- Potential to earn $62,460 per year with uncapped commission
