About the Role
Warby Parker is seeking an Art and Motion Creator to join the Brand Design team. This role involves leading the execution of short-form video content and digital assets, translating brand strategy into cohesive digital experiences across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and execution of short-form video content and digital assets across paid media, social, and our website
- Handle pre-production groundwork and iPhone content capture as needed (in studio, on location, and in the office)
- Manage the full post-production lifecycle, including video editing and animation
- Translate brand strategies and campaigns into compelling digital experiences while maintaining visual consistency
- Collaborate with the rest of the Brand Design team to ensure that concepts, graphics, edits, and copy are on-brand
Requirements
- Backed by 3+ years of professional experience in design and video editing
- Fluent in major social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with strong instincts for visual communication and sound design
- A thoughtful collaborator who communicates clearly and incorporates feedback into their creative process
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying on track and delivering on time
- Proactively curious about new tools and evolving formats within the landscape of digital marketing
