About the Role
Join our Field Sales & Service Team to deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you will bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job, creating WOW moments through outstanding customer service, leading pricing conversations, closing on-site sales, and removing junk safely from homes and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
- Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
Requirements
- Must maintain availability for a minimum of 1 weekday + 1 weekend day every week
- DOT Medical Certification
- A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
