About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Amherst. This role focuses on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to help them create a home they love. You will also be involved in introducing our new Ashley Luxe collection.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers and uncover what they’re looking for
- Recommend products and solutions that fit their style, needs, and budget
- Guide customers through the entire sales process — from first conversation to closing
- Follow up with customers and build relationships that keep them coming back
- Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and new collections
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Requirements
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Someone who enjoys learning and isn’t afraid to ask questions
- An appreciation for style, design, and creating a great customer experience
