Responsibilities

- 3 to 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role with US hospitals or health systems (health-tech sales, business development, revenue cycle, or provider consulting).
- Experience in an early-stage or scale-up environment (startup < 50 people, new product/market launch, or founding experience).
- Proven track record of prospecting and booking own meetings.
- Ability to prepare for and follow up on meetings with the CEO, owning next steps.
- Experience running pilots end-to-end.
- Ability to write down processes and playbooks.
- Experience with cold emails and conference logistics.
