About the Role

As an experienced Senior Data Analytics Lead, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. This role is highly visible and front-facing, requiring comfort in explaining findings to business leaders and working with data engineers.

Responsibilities

Own metrics, instrumentation, and reporting across multiple lines of business.
Work independently with minimal oversight, setting priorities and driving work from definition through delivery.
Own the analytics and metrics for lines of business, from defining measurement to delivering reporting.
Write clear instrumentation specifications for engineering teams.
Design, build, and maintain scalable metrics pipelines, using hands-on data engineering.
Perform data sense checks, identify data quality issues, trace them to their source, and recommend improvements.
Explore, mine, and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and turn them into actionable insights.
Create dashboards and visualizations to clarify complex data for a broad audience.
Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations.
Act as the go-to contact for questions on data, metrics, and reporting for owned areas.
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from functional/technical teams, escalating matters as needed.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes.

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data engineering, writing instrumentation specs, and/or creating visualizations.
Strong data skills, including data validation, quality assessment, pattern discovery, and process improvement recommendations.
Proficiency in SQL and Spark.
Practical experience using AI tools for data exploration, mining, and analysis.
Hands-on data engineering experience to support scalable metrics pipelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel 10%, on average.
Hybrid role – On-site Tue-Wed-Thu.
Experience owning a metric end to end, from instrumentation through pipeline to dashboard.
Track record of presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions with data.
Experience supporting multiple business domains at once.
