About the Role
Serve as the strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them to understand and leverage the full potential of Enterprise AI products. Design and implement scalable architectures, develop evaluation frameworks, and create reference implementations to drive customer success from discovery through deployment and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and design technically feasible AI solution architectures and integration plans.
- Establish technical account plans, review API usage, and qualify additional use cases for expansion.
- Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the customer's AI/API adoption journey, guiding architecture decisions.
- Design and guide customer evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and demonstrate value.
- Address enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements to build technical confidence.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and PMM teams to gather feedback and shape product strategy.
- Create technical content and enable the sales and partner ecosystem with training and reusable assets.
- Assist in the design, prototyping, and deployment planning for customer full-stack applications and integrations.
- Rapidly develop and iterate on functional proofs-of-concept (POCs) to demonstrate immediate value.
- Guide customers through integration challenges, navigating enterprise security and complex infrastructures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Generative AI architecture, prompt engineering, and AI security for executives and developers.
- Travel up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., AI Architect, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).
- Experience engaging enterprise customers through the sales lifecycle with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in consultative selling with a track record of driving technical wins.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), API design patterns, data integration, security, and enterprise integration.
- Comfortable with Python for building lightweight demos, scripts, and reference implementations.
- Familiarity with the Generative AI ecosystem: APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to design use-case-specific evaluation tests and assess performance against requirements.
- Experience planning and managing customer technical engagements, resolving blockers, and coordinating teams.
- High degree of ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience communicating complex AI/ML concepts to diverse audiences, from C-suite to engineering teams.
