About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter (Freelance, Remote) to independently identify and professionally approach candidates. You will be responsible for finding the right IT candidates, utilizing tools and techniques like Boolean Strings, semantic searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and X-Ray searches.
Responsibilities
- Independently search for suitable IT candidates for our search mandates.
- Develop and optimize search strategies (Boolean, X-Ray Search, Semantic Search, etc.).
- Active Sourcing using modern recruiting and research tools.
- Individually approach potential candidates.
- Conduct virtual initial interviews for technical and personal pre-selection.
- Assess candidate fit based on the requirement profile and create structured interview notes.
- Present suitable candidates to the recruiting team.
- Document activities in our ATS and sourcing tool.
- Coordinate closely with the recruiting team on search strategy, target profiles, and search progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in IT recruiting, including Active Sourcing (mandatory).
- Experience in approaching IT specialists and managers.
- Experience conducting structured virtual interviews.
- Ability to confidently assess candidates technically and personally and evaluate their fit comprehensibly.
- Very good technical understanding and feel for IT roles and tech stacks.
- Proficient use of modern sourcing techniques.
- Experience with Boolean Search and X-Ray Search, semantic search.
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Business-fluent German language skills (at least C1/C2) are mandatory.
