About the Role
As a Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping guest experiences at The Broadcaster, a vibrant four-floor venue with a stunning rooftop terrace. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the floor with energy, guide and motivate the team, and ensure every guest feels genuinely looked after. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to grow their leadership skills and take the next step in their hospitality career.
Responsibilities
- Lead the floor with presence and positivity, keeping service smooth and upbeat.
- Welcome and engage with guests, tailoring their experience and making confident food & drink recommendations.
- Support and coach the team in the moment, keeping them motivated and focused.
- Oversee events alongside day-to-day service, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Keep an eye on the details from atmosphere and standards to stock and equipment.
- Solve challenges quickly and calmly, keeping the team and guests at ease.
Requirements
- A natural leader who inspires positivity and confidence on shift.
- A love for food, drink, and hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
- Experience supporting or running events in a busy hospitality venue (multi-floor experience is a plus).
