About the Role
Help make higher education tests run smoothly and the operation behind them smarter. As our Test Operations Associate, you’ll help run the operation behind our Test Support Agents (TSAs), the people who support applicants during live tests. You’ll build rosters, coordinate coverage, track availability and training, answer questions, and help make sure payments are accurate and on time. There’s plenty of opportunity to make our processes better.
Responsibilities
- Gather TSA availability, keep track of what people are trained to do, build rosters for upcoming tests, and coordinate additional coverage when plans change.
- Respond to TSA questions, assist with shifts, and provide guidance on next steps.
- Track shifts and hours, review payment information and invoices, and partner with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely TSA payments.
- Lead Casper test sessions, coordinate TSAs, monitor progress, answer questions, and assist the team in responding to unexpected events.
- Utilize AI, automation, and other tools to simplify and enhance recurring tasks such as collecting availability, rostering, payments, and information organization.
Requirements
- Organized and dependable with the ability to manage recurring responsibilities and track moving pieces.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to investigating discrepancies or missing information.
- Problem-solver with an instinct to understand unexpected situations and work towards solutions.
- Ability to develop judgment and make informed decisions beyond checklists.
- Possesses an improvement instinct, seeking ways to simplify, automate, document, or redesign repetitive or complex work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond thoughtfully and facilitate others' work.
- Quick learner and adapter, capable of asking useful questions, applying knowledge, and responding to feedback.
- Experience with workforce rostering, contractor operations, live events, test delivery, or higher education is beneficial but not required.
- Experience using AI to solve problems, organize information, automate tasks, or improve workflows.
- Must be based in Australia and have the right to work in Australia.

About the Company
- Acuity Insights builds products that help higher education institutions make better decisions about people, from admissions through to development.
- Our work is grounded in a simple idea: people are more than their grades, and potential can be understood and developed, not just measured.
- Our Casper situational judgment assessment has been completed by over 1 million applicants and is backed by nearly 20 years of research.
- Today, we’re evolving our products to better connect assessment, insight, and development, helping institutions identify potential and support its growth over time.
Equal Opportunity
- We review every application and don’t use AI to evaluate candidates, though you may be automatically screened out if you don’t meet baseline requirements such as being based in Australia and having the right to work in Australia. AI may support note-taking in some interviews, but people make every evaluation and hiring decision.
