Responsibilities

  • Guide the team in creating and executing account strategies that balance complex, strategic opportunities with shorter-cycle transactions across existing customers and new logos.
  • Own the team’s business results, delivering accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts through disciplined opportunity inspection and deal management.
  • Build sufficient, high-quality pipeline through prospecting into new logos and account expansion.
  • Partner closely with core account teams, other Salesforce clouds, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to align account priorities and deliver compelling customer outcomes.
  • Engage CMOs and other senior executives with a clear perspective on how marketing, data, and AI can improve customer engagement and drive measurable business value in Financial Services.
  • Recruit and retain strong talent while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture where people can grow and do their best work.

Requirements

  • Ability to balance complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with faster-moving opportunities to deliver consistent performance.
  • A hands-on coach who helps sellers sharpen discovery, articulate value, build executive relationships, and advance deals.
  • Strong business judgment and a disciplined approach to forecasting, pipeline generation, and sales execution.
  • Ability to work effectively across internal sales teams and functions, building alignment around shared customer and business goals.
  • Ability to engage senior executives, connect technology investments to business priorities, and help your team do the same.
