Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored solutions and great customer experiences

- Act as the store expert for all service-related aspects, including answering questions about accounts and billing, troubleshooting and supporting repairs, and providing advice based on general product knowledge
Requirements
- Must provide 5 continuous 5-hour shifts, with a minimum of 5 coverage shifts for opening
- Shifts will be a minimum of 5 hours in duration
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions offered in Quebec
