Provide strategic oversight for multiple salons by leading, coaching, and developing Area Managers and Salon Managers to deliver brand standards, build strong teams, and achieve consistent business results. This role is ideal for an experienced multi-unit leader who enjoys building leadership capability, improving operations at scale, and helping teams reach their full potential.

- Identify trends, address challenges, and implement improvement plans across salons.

- Oversee Area Managers and Salon Managers within their salon organization.
- Achieve results and hold teams accountable to goals and standards.
Requirements
- Proven retail or multi-unit management experience.
- Experience managing managers and holding teams accountable to goals and standards.
- Ability to assess performance across multiple locations and implement effective action plans.
- Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area.
