  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and all available tech.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders responsible for rankings, strategy and institutional performance.
  • Support institutions through the submission process, proactively addressing barriers to completion, and monitor progress against deadlines, taking ownership of conversion outcomes.
  • Explain rankings methodology, eligibility criteria and data requirements clearly to institutions new to submitting.
  • Handle institutional data in line with THE's data protection policies (e.g. GDPR).
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of target institutions and submission activity within Salesforce.
  • Capture and share institutional feedback, market intelligence and participation trends.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working to activity and conversion targets in a high-volume outreach environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent written communication; able to write persuasive, personalised outreach.
  • Able to explain data requirements clearly to institutional research and planning offices.
  • Highly organised and deadline-driven around submission cycles.
