About the Role
Success Academy, a high-performing charter school network, seeks a results-driven Project Manager for its Creative Agency to manage the development of creative materials for large-scale events, including print, video, and digital assets. This role involves serving as an account manager, building relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage teams (internal and external) to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
- Ensure standardized approaches and templates (project plans, workflows, timelines, meeting agendas, summaries) are maintained and shared.
- Manage creative development for internal and external events such as Spring Benefits, advocacy rallies, and graduations.
- Cultivate internal and external business relationships and maintain departmental reputation as a go-to resource.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing creative for small- and large-scale events (print, video, digital assets) in fast-paced environments, ideally in an agency or start-up.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Ability to accomplish goals by managing individuals through dotted line relationships across multiple departments.
- Willingness to challenge business partners to understand their needs and ensure optimal results.
- Ability to launch projects on time and on strategy, anticipating shifting priorities, partner approvals, and technical hurdles.
- Knowledge of content and media production practices and tools, including content management systems and project tracking systems is a plus.
- PMP/PMI certified or related certifications are a plus.
