About the Role
The Rallye Motor Company is seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Scanner with a passion for automotive excellence to join the Rallye BMW team. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations within the service department.
Responsibilities
- Scan documents into CDK system.
- File paperwork as necessary.
- Organize and maintain RO's.
- Perform clerical work as needed for the service department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft and Google Suite.
- Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK computer system preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks on schedule.
