About the Role
Develop innovative construction logistics concepts for complex construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time construction processes. Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams, integrating digital planning, construction management, and practical site experience to shape the future of construction logistics in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
Responsibilities
- Develop holistic construction logistics and site setup concepts for complex construction projects.
- Create and update site setup and logistics plans for all construction and project phases.
- Plan and graphically represent access routes, traffic and escape routes, storage areas, and crane and lifting zones.
- Develop construction phase and construction process concepts considering changing space requirements and logistical demands.
- Coordinate concepts with project management, specialist planners, executing companies, and other project stakeholders.
- Support implementation on the construction site and adapt plans based on changing conditions.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable field.
- Initial relevant professional experience in construction logistics, site setup, construction process planning, work preparation, or construction management.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, site organization, and construction operational requirements.
- Ability to translate logistical and construction operational requirements into implementable plans.
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented work style, with a willingness for project-related site visits.
