About the Role
NEUPLANER is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed buy-and-build platform in the German market, integrating established regional tax and auditing firms into a central group. The Transformation Team is crucial for realizing value from acquisitions by integrating firms, standardizing processes, and digitizing operations.
Responsibilities
- Support post-merger integration of tax advisory firms to form a cohesive group, with direct impact on implementation.
- Manage and develop portfolio companies, from identifying value enhancement levers to tracking their execution.
- Develop and implement AI and technology strategies and practical tools at the portfolio and holding company levels.
- Collaborate directly with management teams of the firms and our holding company on strategic and operational issues.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing Master's degree in business, technical, or a comparable field, or nearing Bachelor's completion with excellent grades.
- Previous practical experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology (ideally with AI focus), start-up environments, or similar fields.
- Independent, structured work approach and a commitment to continuous development.
- Enthusiasm for and experience with AI are explicitly desired.
- Very good German and English language skills.
