About the Role

Jobber is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to orchestrate the ideal customer experience, driving strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across all platforms. This role focuses on enhancing lead nurture efforts and creating mutually beneficial experiences to capture revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Leads portfolio end to end, including strategy, programs, and metrics for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Extend Jobber’s AI-enriched lead journeys using enrichment and orchestration tooling to build customer profiles and route leads into personalized experiences.
  • Connect the lead experience to the trial experience for a continuous, personalized customer journey from first touch through conversion.
  • Run a test-and-learn program against lead-to-trial and trial-to-paid metrics, including hypothesis formulation, experiment design, and iteration.
  • Diagnose where leads and trials are being lost, size opportunities, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Lead the acquisition pod, connecting lifecycle marketing with outbound and demand generation partners, owning the plan and handoffs.
  • Configure journeys, write emails, and set up automation, potentially alongside the Revenue Communications team.
  • Set the standard for the Lifecycle team by bringing in outside insights and sharing learnings.

Requirements

  • Deep experience owning lead nurture and trial-to-paid conversion programs at a SaaS company, with demonstrable results.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enrich customer data and personalize communications at scale, including building or configuring enrichment, orchestration, or journey logic.
  • A test-and-learn approach to AI, with the ability to experiment with new tooling and separate effective strategies from hype.
  • Experience leading integrated acquisition efforts across outbound, demand generation, product, and sales, owning the overall plan.
  • Proficiency in understanding and influencing nurture and conversion metrics through experimentation and program iteration.
  • Ability to take full ownership of KPI outcomes, even with imperfect data, and measure, ship, and learn.
  • Understanding of customer behavior, barriers, and motivations from first-hand sources to drive journey changes.
  • High degree of autonomy, including setting priorities, proactive communication with management, and early risk flagging.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and advocating for better processes while maintaining humility.
