About the Role
This role involves preparing patients, monitoring during procedures, and managing post-procedure recovery, including PACU and extended stays. The Interventional Radiology RN is a key member of the critical embolization response team for trauma patients, requiring critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. The RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Preparing patients for procedures
- Intra-procedure monitoring
- Post-procedure recovery, including PACU and extended stay (23-hour)
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
Requirements
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Telemetry experience
- 1 year of recent IR experience
- NYS RN License

Work Type
- 4x10hr shifts ONLY
- Blocked Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Weekends, holidays and on call per unit need

Salary/Compensations
- Gross Weekly : $3192 for 40 hrs
- W2 taxable - $42/hr
- Non taxable stipend - $1512/week
