About the Role
Arthur Grand Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis for large-scale digital initiatives. This role involves documenting requirements, assessing services for integration, and supporting Agile/hybrid teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis for large-scale digital initiatives.
- Document requirements, user stories, process models, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Assess services for integration with shared platforms and reusable capabilities.
- Work in Agile or hybrid teams and support backlog, testing, release, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate deliverables across business and technical teams.
- Maintain requirements traceability.
- Define integration, data, workflow, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Experience leading analysis for large-scale digital initiatives.
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories, process models, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience assessing services for integration with shared platforms and reusable capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid teams and supporting backlog, testing, release, and implementation activities.
- Experience coordinating deliverables across business and technical teams.
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability.
- Experience defining integration, data, workflow, and operational requirements.
