About the Role
This internship focuses on how public authorities can structure their operations, processes, and personnel planning to effectively implement changes. You will be involved in analyses, change management, and project steering within the public sector and healthcare industries, addressing digitalization, new work, personnel and leadership development, and process transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze structures, processes, and personnel metrics in public organizations, including personnel assessments.
- Support the design and management of transformation programs in IT, HR, and organization.
- Evaluate process and personnel data and prepare concrete recommendations for action.
- Prepare stakeholder discussions, support change management processes, and analyze feedback.
- Assist in project management, including status reporting and creating decision memos and presentations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Digitalization, Business or Public Administration, or a comparable field, at least in the 4th semester, or in a gap year.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with an interest in organizational analysis, transformation, and change management.
- Proficient in process and data analysis, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of digital technologies like AI and Analytics, with an interest in HR digitalization.
- Professional communication skills and ability to navigate interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- High degree of initiative, results orientation, and teamwork.
- Native-level German and fluent English language proficiency.
