About the Role
Nancy's is London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination, seeking hospitality professionals to elevate the guest experience. We are looking for individuals with a confident and vibrant personality, a passion for cocktails and food, and the ability to personalize and enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in busy venues, understand section management and anticipatory service, and contribute to creating a lively atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Know the cocktail and food menus in depth and confidently describe offerings to guests.
- Talk guests through ingredients, flavour profiles, and recommendations.
- Take ownership of your section, anticipating guests’ needs and keeping service smooth.
- Keep a clear head during busy services and take floor service in your stride.
- Communicate with colleagues in a productive, proactive way.
- Work closely with the host, bar, and management teams to deliver a strong guest experience.
- Help create energy on the floor and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the venue.
Requirements
- A confident and vibrant personality.
- A passion for hospitality, food, and cocktails.
- Experience working on the floor in busy venues.
- Strong section management and anticipatory service skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- A calm and proactive approach during service.
- Full-time hours (35-45) and availability on our busiest days (Thursday to Saturday).
