About the Role
Develop and produce social-first content, transforming everyday craft industry stories into engaging short-form videos for social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce social-first content from ideation to publication.
- Film Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts both in front of and behind the camera.
- Quickly and effectively bring platform-appropriate content live.
- Visit customer sites and other practical locations to capture authentic stories from the skilled trades.
- Develop new content formats with a distinct brand identity.
- Actively contribute own ideas to the team.
- Consistently think video content from a social-first perspective.
- Understand how to create attention-grabbing, relatable, and organically performing content.
- Build a reliable network of tradespeople, creators, and relevant contacts.
Requirements
- Strong sense for social media, storytelling, and viral mechanics.
- Comfortable filming in front of and behind the camera.
- Ability to naturally engage and involve people.
- Experience in video editing.
- Experience with mobile camera equipment.
- Ability to quickly build trust with others.
- Skill in finding authentic, relevant, and compelling stories.
- Hands-on, independent work style with attention to quality, speed, and platform fit.
- Proven experience producing content that has achieved significant reach.
- Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) language skills.
- Submit 3 best Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts.
- Optionally submit a project you are particularly proud of.
