About the Role
This role offers an opportunity for a high-performing graduate or early-career professional to join a fast-growing strategy consultancy. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with consultants and clients to analyze data, develop insights, and support high-impact engagements, gaining early exposure to real client work and senior decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses to support client decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations.
- Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
- Support workshops, working sessions, and interviews with senior leaders.
- Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI-driven tools.
- Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders.
- Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements.
Requirements
- A degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM).
- A Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
- A track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent).
- 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start-up roles).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Curious, humble, and eager to learn.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Other analytical tools are a plus.
