About the Role
The OneStream Finance Business Analyst will support the Group Finance consolidation project to replace Oracle EPM (FCCS and Planning). This role is part of the project team, responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle activities alongside an external implementation partner.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of requirements and design activity to ensure system, dimension design, and reporting output meet stakeholder requirements.
- Document user stories and process maps for existing and future processes.
- Act as a key point of contact to liaise with the business for requirement and design validation, ensuring accuracy during the implementation period.
- Create and champion a standardized report inventory with detailed core report mock-ups to ensure content and data collection are fit for purpose.
- Provide testing resources during the build process, validating functionality and output against designs.
- Perform data migration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, including issue investigation and resolution.
- Support the delivery of business training and go-live business processes.
- Provide support for process improvement activities to facilitate a successful project go-live.
Requirements
- Finance background with a solid understanding of month-end close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Hands-on experience in an end-to-end project implementation, including requirements collation and design.
- Comfortable working directly with local and regional finance teams, providing clear guidance and support.
- Experience working alongside an implementation partner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.
