Responsibilities

  • Own the development, maintenance, and dissemination of core operational standard work and playbooks
  • Manage operational deliverables communicated to schools via the project management platform (Trello), ensuring clear guidance, timely publishing, and consistent follow-up on completion rates.
  • Partner closely with the Technology team (CX Tech, SIS) to support the network-wide rollout of operational technology enhancements.
  • Design and document system improvements to streamline and automate school-based processes, ensuring technology platforms reduce administrative burden and enhance efficiency.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to codify and clarify network policies with operational implications.
  • Analyze and report on school compliance and performance against operational metrics.
  • Act as the Operations point-of-contact in cross-functional meetings, ensuring operational systems align with requirements from network partners.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
  • Prepare and present executive memos and resources that summarize program results, trends, and next steps for school leadership and network partners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in project/program management, operations, or a related highly analytical role.
  • Experience in an education or high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to launch, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive high-quality outcomes.
  • Expert-level attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in developing clear, rigorous standard work, policies, and system documentation.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, comfortable working with compliance data, performance metrics, and system usage reports.
