About the Role
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will own the analytics for vendor onboarding and integration in Local Shops, a critical part of our product that determines how quickly vendors get on our platform and start selling. You will transform product and operational data into decisions that shape the roadmap and lead initiatives end-to-end with full autonomy. You will be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce and help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Define hypotheses, KPIs and success criteria with Local Shops product managers, engineers and data scientists
- Analyze product and operational data to find trends, inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Define tracking and instrumentation, and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments) and apply causal inference to understand key metric drivers
- Build dashboards and BI solutions, and translate findings into clear stories for stakeholders
- Document analytical frameworks, KPIs and insights for smooth handover
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
- Advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target) and a solid understanding of statistics and experimental design
- Experience with event tracking and instrumentation tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management, with experience working across product, engineering, data science and business teams
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for analysis and documentation
