Address corporate, governance, and transactional matters for private companies.

Requirements

At least 3 years of public company reporting and compliance experience.
At least 3 years of capital markets experience.
At least 3 years of corporate governance experience.
Provide cover letter, resume, and law school transcripts upon application.
