About the Role
A luxury travel and concierge agency associated with Global Travel Collection, LLC, a division under Internova Travel Group, is seeking a NYC-based luxury leisure travel advisor to join their team. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, curating trips around the world for our clients. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, creative, have a good work ethic, and be curious about the world.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute hotel and villa bookings, yachts, trip proposals, dining arrangements and full-service concierge requests.
- Extensive trip planning research for luxury destinations and accommodations.
- Provide attentive, high-touch, personalized guidance and tailored recommendations.
- Update and maintain records and destination information.
- General office administration and team support duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a travel environment.
- Microsoft office and data management skills required.
- Working knowledge of Sabre GDS booking system a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of world geography.
