About the Role

Fiat Republic is a regulated B2B neobank for businesses that move money between fiat and digital assets. We are hiring a Sales Manager to win new business outside of crypto-native companies, focusing on stablecoin-powered remitters. This is a hunting role where you will build your own pipeline, own every deal from first conversation to signature, and carry a revenue target from day 1.

Responsibilities

  • Build and close your own pipeline of new business against a clear revenue target.
  • Use your network in remittance and cross-border payments to get in front of founders, Heads of Payments and Treasury teams fast.
  • Run every deal end to end; discovery, solution design, proposal, pricing, negotiation and contract.
  • Bring Product, Compliance and Operations into deals early, and come back to the client with a model that works for them and for us.
  • Sell our third-party payments and end-user onboarding models to clients that serve their own customers.
  • Work with our SDR on target account lists, outbound campaigns and event outreach.
  • Represent Fiat Republic at industry events, and follow up with every contact within 24 hours.
  • Keep HubSpot accurate every day; deal value, stage, next step, close date and meeting notes.
  • Hand signed clients to Customer Success with a clear brief, and work with them on expansion.
  • Feed what you hear in the market back to Product and leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in B2B new business sales or business development in payments, remittance, cross-border payments, FX, banking-as-a-service or fintech.
  • A track record of closing deals against a target.
  • A network in remittance, money transfer or cross-border payments that you can put to work from week 1.
  • A solid understanding of how money moves; accounts, payment rails such as SEPA, Faster Payments and SWIFT, FX, safeguarding, and the basics of KYC and KYB.
  • Experience selling to regulated, compliance-conscious buyers.
  • Genuine interest in stablecoins and how they are changing cross-border payments.
  • Hunger, pace and persistence.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

About the Company

  • Fiat Republic is a regulated B2B neobank for businesses that move money between fiat and digital assets.
  • Through a single API, our clients open accounts, access local payment rails, safeguard funds and settle instantly in EUR, GBP and USD.
  • We are licensed by the DNB in the Netherlands and the FCA in the UK, and registered with FINTRAC and the Bank of Canada.
  • Our team of around 40 people works across London, Amsterdam, Kraków and Toronto, and we are backed by Speedinvest, Credo, Fabric, Inovo, Kraken Ventures and SoftBank.
  • Stablecoins are moving out of crypto and into mainstream cross-border payments.
  • Remittance companies, payout providers and PSPs are starting to settle in stablecoins, and they need regulated fiat accounts and payment rails at both ends of the flow.
