About the Role
As a Senior Consultant for Technology & Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for managing IT projects, driving change, and achieving measurable results through your expertise in project management. We are looking for individuals motivated to make a real impact and deliver tangible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement technology-oriented projects from concept to successful implementation.
- Analyze and evaluate technical systems, tools, and platforms for clients.
- Identify and improve technical and operational processes, including through AI & Automation.
- Support system selection and implementation of new technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, and Business teams, and align strategically with the COO.
- Ensure project success through active stakeholder management and coordination of external partners and service providers.
Requirements
- University degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or similar roles with a focus on technology (e.g., Data, AI, etc.).
- Passion for technology & digital business models, ideally with experience from a management consultancy, tech startup, or digital agency.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical and strategic content clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Native-level German language skills and fluent English are mandatory.
