About the Role
As a Senior IT Consultant, you will manage technology-oriented projects from concept to implementation, analyze technical systems, and improve processes using AI & Automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Steering and implementation of technology-oriented projects from the concept phase to successful implementation
- Analysis and evaluation of technical systems, tools, and platforms for our clients
- Identification and improvement of technical and operational processes, including through AI & Automation
- Support with system selection and implementation of new technologies
- Close collaboration with Tech, Product, and Business teams, as well as strategic alignment with the COO
- Responsibility for project success through active stakeholder management and steering of external partners and service providers
Requirements
- Degree or training in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Product Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or comparable roles with a focus on Tech (e.g., Data, AI, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for technology & digital business models, ideally with experience from a management consultancy, a tech startup, or a digital agency
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop pragmatic solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical and strategic content clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Native-level German language skills and fluent English are a must
