About the Role

Develop strategically strong political campaigns, mobilize people for green politics, and advance the party organization. Lead two closely coordinated teams to translate political goals into concrete campaigns and effective mobilization, strengthening the ability to inspire people, gain support, and successfully implement green policies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic development of campaigns, campaigning, mobilization, and party organization of the federal party
• Management and operational implementation of campaigning, campaigns, mobilization projects, and party structure processes
• Interface function between specialist departments, federal executive board, party, and external partners
• Responsibility for meeting departmental goals
• Responsibility for planning, managing, and controlling departmental projects, including budget and release authority
• Personnel and technical leadership of the department

Requirements

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in campaigning, campaigning, and mobilization; experience with election campaigns is an advantage
• Experience in personnel management of medium-sized teams
• Political acumen and knowledge of green structures, concepts, and programs
• High resilience and commitment
• Structured and independent work style
• Affinity with green values
